Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Beans Cartel, we’re committed to bringing you only the freshest, most premium coffee. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

  • Order Cancellation:

    • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase by emailing us at support@beanscartel.com with your order ID.

    • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds:

    • We only offer refunds or replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

    • To request a refund, email support@beanscartel.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

    • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Exclusions:

    • Due to the perishable nature of coffee, opened packages cannot be returned.
