At Beans Cartel, we’re committed to bringing you only the freshest, most premium coffee. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase by emailing us at support@beanscartel.com with your order ID.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds:

We only offer refunds or replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

To request a refund, email support@beanscartel.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, opened packages cannot be returned.
